I feel like this has been the longest winter of my life. I let the dust roll in and allowed the mundane to take me over. Have you ever been there? Inexcusably boring and bored all at the same time. Well…Spring is here and it’s officially time to REVAMP! After falling short on

my New Years Resolution of working out I looked in the mirror and didn’t like what my 3 months in hiding had revealed. I started to reflect and remembered that I used to get my nails done…I used to have a weekly hair appointment…I used to buy shoes that cost somewhere in the 3 digits regularly…Gees… So I’ll let you in on one of the MANY reasons I love shooting glamour-boudoir-self empowerment imagery for women… Each client experience brings me a bit closer to remembering the early feelings of my adult life when I didn’t just fade away into the background.
Somewhere in my haze this winter, my spirit got shaken up
and I had such an AWESOME CLIENT EXPERIENCE that I had to share. This day a beautiful young woman celebrating her birthday but even more so, celebrating her life walked in. Her mother came along with her and they were just two of the most fun loving people you could ever meet. While talking to her mother she told me that she really wanted her daughter to have a glamour shoot done because she knew how important it was to remember that free (short lived) beautiful time you get as a young adult. So as Ms. T’s transformation in the make-up chair took place we bonded over some sweet treats a little vino and I began to see the dynamic bond these two ladies share. This young woman had the golden ticket of being rooted in family, beautiful, smart, and the ability to enjoy her moment. We photographed many sets that day. Some were glamour filled, some were more intimate and quiet but they were all truly stunning. When clients use their images to create standout wall pieces, they become a lasting work of ART. Thank-You Ms. T and Mom of Ms.T…your zest for life and art truly moved me. Embracing your beauty is priceless. Enjoy the pics…
